Developer first. Entrepreneur by conviction.

I started writing code in Kathmandu more than a decade ago, building websites for local businesses that had never been online. Today I lead Sarbatra Inc., where we design and ship websites, SaaS products and AI-powered automation for clients across Nepal, the UK, Europe and the Gulf.

An MBA in Marketing, IT Project Management taught me to think in outcomes, budgets and risk — not just features. Every engagement starts with the business goal and ends with a number we can measure.

Questions people in Nepal ask me

How much does a website cost in Nepal?

A professional business website in Nepal starts around NPR 45,000. E-commerce sites typically range from NPR 1.5 to 5 lakh, and custom web applications, CRMs or ERPs start from NPR 2.5 lakh. Every quote comes with a written scope so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Are you a freelance web developer or a company?

Both. I personally architect and lead every project, and my company Sarbatra Inc. provides designers, developers and support so your project never depends on one person.

Can you add AI automation to my existing business software?

Yes. I integrate Claude, OpenAI and Gemini models into existing systems for WhatsApp chatbots, lead qualification, document processing and internal automation — with guard-rails, cost tracking and a human fallback.

Do you work with clients outside Nepal?

Around half of my projects are for clients in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US. I work in your timezone for calls and ship in two-week increments with staging links.

Which technologies do you use?

Laravel and WordPress for most web platforms, Vue/React/Next.js for interfaces, Flutter for mobile apps, MySQL/PostgreSQL for data and Cloudflare for edge delivery. For AI I use the Claude, OpenAI and Gemini APIs.
